How to get motivated to workout

How do you stay motivated to work out everyday?

One of the most frequently asked questions I get in my inbox so I’m going to answer it today 👇🏼.

1. I DON’T RELY ON MOTIVATION

It’s completely fleeting and I have no idea when it will show up and when it will hide so I focus on WHY I do what I do. I focus on the long term reasons and I connect to them every single day. Then it’s not a question of if, but when.

2. I DON’T DON’T DO IT ALONE


I surround myself with like minded women who want to improve their health and focus on taking care of themselves and I check in with them daily. Anytime someone tells me they are doing it alone, I can predict with almost pinpoint certainty when they will give up. We were made for connection!

3. I MAKE IT ENJOYABLE AND I KEEP CHALLENGING MYSELF


Some people think what they need to succeed is something they can do without much effort. A lot of people ask me for easy but easy won’t cut it because we were made for growth + progress so when we stay the same we get bored and give up.

4. I SUPPORT MY BODY
I drink superfoods and I take an all natural pre workout both of which help me show up everyday healthy and full of energy

5. I WORKOUT AT HOME.

I got all my results at home with no personal trainer + no gym membership.

I know a lot of people go to the gym but for me packing my stuff, getting in the car, driving to gym, getting ready etc and then using sweaty machines just doesn’t cut it for me. In the time it takes to just get there, I’m already done and showered.

So there are my top 5 things that keep me working out everyday.
